AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of Seventy-Five-
Thousand Dollars ($75,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for construction
costs for sanitary sewer construction in the Taylor - Fillmore - Harrison Sanitary Relief (SKME-
502 & 503) (10121) in Unincorporated St. Louis County and the City of Kirkwood, Missouri;
and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan
St. Louis Sewer District to enter into an inter-governmental agreement with the City of
Kirkwood, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 13607 adopted June 12, 2013 appropriated initial
funding for and authorized Contract No. 20033, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Seventy-Five Thousand Dollars ($75,000.00) is hereby
appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund for construction costs for sanitary sewer
construction in the Taylor - Fillmore - Harrison Sanitary Relief (SKME-502 & 503) (10121) in
Unincorporated St. Louis County and the City of Kirkwood, Missouri.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into an
inter-governmental agreement with the City of Kirkwood, Missouri to provide for future
reimbursement of funds; said agreement shall be comprised of such terms and conditions as are
approved by the Office of the General Counsel of the District.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
