AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer
on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District (MSD) to enter into a contract with ADS
Environmental Services (ADS) whereby ADS will provide data processing services for the raw
flow meter data collected by the District’s in-house flow monitoring group. The resulting
processed data is utilized by the Engineering department for collection system modelling and to
evaluate construction project effectiveness to comply with Consent Decree requirements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with
ADS, whereby ADS will provide data processing services for the raw flow meter data collected
by the District’s in-house flow monitoring group.
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of this ordinance shall
commence on October 1, 2015 and terminate on September 30, 2016 and may be renewed at the
option of the District for one (1) additional one-year term. The contract shall be comprised of
such other terms and conditions as are approved by the office of the General Counsel of the
District.
This foregoing ordinance was adopted September 10, 2015.
