AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of Two Hundred
Thousand Dollars ($200,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for additional
project costs for sanitary sewer construction in Taylor - Fillmore - Harrison Sanitary Relief
(SKME-502 & 503) (10121) in the City of Kirkwood and Unincorporated St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 13607, adopted June 12, 2013, appropriated the
initial funding for sanitary sewer construction in Taylor - Fillmore - Harrison Sanitary Relief
(SKME-502 & 503) (10121) in the City of Kirkwood and Unincorporated St. Louis County,
Missouri; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($200,000.00) is
hereby appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund for sanitary sewer construction in
Taylor - Fillmore - Harrison Sanitary Relief (SKME-502 & 503) (10121) in the City of
Kirkwood and Unincorporated St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being a supplemental appropriation ordinance,
shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
