AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer
on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract No. 20329 with
Above and Below Contracting, LLC for storm sewer construction, public and private I/I removal
in Dacey Branch I/I Reduction (BP-313) (PIR) Storm Sewer (12448) in Unincorporated St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 13486, adopted September 27, 2012; Ordinance No.
13947, adopted September 11, 2014; and Ordinance No. 14210 adopted September 10, 2015,
appropriated initial funding for this project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract
No. 20329 with Above and Below Contracting, LLC, as the lowest responsible bidder for storm
sewer construction, public and private I/I removal in Dacey Branch I/I Reduction (BP-313) (PIR)
Storm Sewer (12448) in Unincorporated St. Louis County, Missouri, pursuant to bids received
on the 16th day of September 2015.
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of this Ordinance shall
provide for a fee not to exceed One Hundred Seventy Thousand Dollars ($170,000.00), and shall
be comprised of such other terms and conditions as are approved by the Office of General
Counsel.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on November 12, 2015
