AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of Eight Hundred
Thousand Dollars ($800,000.00) from the Wastewater Emergency Fund to be used for
emergency repair in Emergency Repair #052 (Chesterfield Commons Pump Station No.4, P-810)
(12669) in the City of Chesterfield, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 14224, adopted August 13, 2015, appropriated initial
funding for and authorized Contract No. 20323 for Emergency Repair #052 (Chesterfield
Commons Pump Station No.4, P-810) (12669) in the City of Chesterfield, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Eight Hundred Thousand Dollars ($800,000.00) is
hereby appropriated from the Wastewater Emergency Fund for emergency repair in Emergency
Repair #052 (Chesterfield Commons Pump Station No.4, P-810) (12669) in the City of
Chesterfield, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
