AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Three Hundred Thousand Dollars
($300,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for general engineering services
in General Services Agreement - Facility & Sewer Design (2016) (11760) in various locations
within the District; and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of
The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract No. 20350 with Tetra Tech, Inc.
for the aforesaid engineering services.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Three Hundred Thousand Dollars ($300,000.00) is
hereby appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund for general engineering services in
General Services Agreement - Facility & Sewer Design (2016) (11760) in various locations
within the District.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract
No. 20350 with Tetra Tech, Inc. for general engineering services in General Services
Agreement - Facility & Sewer Design (2016) (11760) in various locations within the District.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
