AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Hundred Fourteen Thousand Dollars
($114,000.00) from the Operations, Maintenance, Construction and Improvement Fund of
Seminary Branch of River Des Peres to be used for the design of storm sewers in Cottage #206
Storm Improvements (10302) in the City of Webster Groves, Missouri; and authorizing the
Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Contract No. 20352 with Stantec Consulting Services, Inc. for the aforesaid
design of storm sewers.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Fourteen Thousand Dollars ($114,000.00)
is hereby appropriated from the Operations, Maintenance, Construction and Improvement Fund
of Seminary Branch of River Des Peres for the design of storm sewers in Cottage #206 Storm
Improvements (10302) in the City of Webster Groves, Missouri.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract
No. 20352 with Stantec Consulting Services, Inc., for the design of storm sewers in Cottage #206
Storm Improvements (10302) in the City of Webster Groves, Missouri.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
