AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Two Hundred Sixty-Five Thousand Dollars
($265,000.00) from the Operations, Maintenance, Construction and Improvement Fund of Deer
Creek to be used for the design of storm sewers in Deer Creek OMCI Stormwater Design
(Contract A) (12461) in various locations within the Deer Creek Watershed; and authorizing the
Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Contract No. 20353 with CDG Engineers, Inc. for the aforesaid design of
storm sewers.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Hundred Sixty-Five Thousand Dollars
($265,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operations, Maintenance, Construction and
Improvement Fund of Deer Creek for the design of storm sewers in Deer Creek OMCI
Stormwater Design (Contract A) (12461) in various locations within the Deer Creek Watershed.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract
No. 20353 with CDG Engineers, Inc., for the design of storm sewers in Deer Creek OMCI
Stormwater Design (Contract A) (12461) in various locations within the Deer Creek Watershed.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
