AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Hundred Ninety-Five Thousand Dollars
($195,000.00) from the Operations, Maintenance, Construction and Improvement Fund of
Maline Creek to be used for the design of storm sewers in Hudson Rd. #1401 - #1405 Bank
Stabilization (MCDW-120) (10020) in the City of Ferguson, Missouri; and authorizing the
Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Contract No. 20354 with HR Green, Inc. for the aforesaid design of storm
sewers.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Ninety-Five Thousand Dollars
($195,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operations, Maintenance, Construction and
Improvement Fund of Maline Creek for the design of storm sewers in Hudson Rd. #1401 - #1405
Bank Stabilization (MCDW-120) (10020) in the City of Ferguson, Missouri.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract
No. 20354 with HR Green, Inc. for the design of storm sewers in Hudson Rd. #1401 - #1405
Bank Stabilization (MCDW-120) (10020) in the City of Ferguson, Missouri.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing ordinance was adopted on November 12, 2015.
