AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars
($1,500,000.00) from the General Fund to be used for Data Center Computing Colocation
Services in the District Data Center Colocation Project (12717) initiative throughout the District.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One: The sum of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars
($1,500,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund for Data Center Colocation
Services in the District Data Center Colocation Project (12717) initiative throughout the District.
Section Two: This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
