AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of Five Hundred Fifty
Thousand Dollars ($550,000.00) from the Improvement Fund to decommission private septic
tanks and repair/replace defective laterals in Supplemental Environmental Projects (SEP)
Program (11898) in various location throughout the District.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 13647, adopted August 8, 2013 appropriated initial
funding for and authorized the Supplemental Environmental Projects (SEP) Program (11898).
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Five Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($550,000.00) is
hereby appropriated from the Improvement Fund to decommission private septic tanks and
repair/replace defective laterals in Supplemental Environmental Projects (SEP) Program (11898)
in various location throughout the District.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
