HomeMy Public PortalAbout14284ORDINANCE NO. 14284 AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for general surveying services in General Services Agreement – Survey Services (2016) Contract C (12395) in various locations within the District; and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract No. 20372 with The Sterling Company for the aforesaid surveying services. WHEREAS, said contract provides for an initial term of one (1) year with two (2) additional one-year renewal terms at the option of the District; and WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The sum of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund for general surveying services in General Services Agreement – Survey Services (2016) Contract C (12395) in various locations within the District. Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract No. 20372 with The Sterling Company for general surveying services in General Services Agreement – Survey Services (2016) Contract C (12395) in various locations within the District, said contract to be comprised of such terms and conditions as are approved by the Office of the General Counsel of the District. Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing ordinance was approved on December 10, 2015
