AN ORDINANCE, awarding a contract to Starr Indemnity & Liability Company
(McGriff, Seibels & Williams, of Missouri Inc., agent) for the District’s Excess Umbrella
Liability Insurance coverage from January 1, 2016 to January 1, 2017.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Starr Indemnity & Liability Company (McGriff, Seibels &
Williams, of Missouri Inc., agent) is hereby awarded a contract for the District’s Excess
Umbrella Liability Insurance coverage from January 1, 2016 to January 1, 2017.
The foregoing ordinance was approved on December 10, 2015
