AN ORDINANCE, repealing Ordinance No. 13859 adopted May 8, 2014, and
enacting a new ordinance in lieu thereof prescribing the salary of the Secretary-Treasurer of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Ordinance No. 13859 adopted May 8, 2014, is hereby repealed.
Section Two. The salary of the Secretary-Treasurer shall be One Hundred
Fifty-Four Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($154,500.00), per annum, payable in equal
bi-weekly installments, on and after June 13, 2015.
The foregoing ordinance was adopted on June 16, 2015.
