AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer
on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract No. 20358 with
Gaehle Grading, LLC for storm sewer construction, public and private I/I removal in Bremerton
Rd 2538 I/I Reduction (PIR) Storm Sewer (12445) in the City of Brentwood, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 13649, adopted August 8, 2013, appropriated initial
funding for this project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract
No. 20358 with Gaehle Grading, LLC, as the lowest responsible bidder for storm sewer
construction, public and private I/I removal in Bremerton Rd 2538 I/I Reduction (PIR) Storm
Sewer (12445) in the City of Brentwood, Missouri, pursuant to bids received on the 17th day of
November 2015.
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of this Ordinance shall
provide for a fee not to exceed One Hundred Sixty Thousand Dollars ($160,000.00), and shall be
comprised of such other terms and conditions as are approved by the Office of General Counsel.
The foregoing ordinance was adopted on January 14, 2016
