AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of Forty Thousand
Dollars ($40,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for design of storm sewers,
storm water detention, and private I/I removal in Ridgemoor Drive I/I Reduction & Storm
Improvements (SKME-574) (10390) in the City of Clayton, Missouri; and authorizing the
Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Amendment No. 6 to Contract No. 10535 with Lochmueller Group, Inc., for
the aforesaid design of storm sewers, storm water detention, and private I/I removal.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 13154, as adopted November 10, 2010, appropriated
the initial funding for and authorized Contract No. 10535; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Forty Thousand Dollars ($40,000.00) is hereby
appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund for design of storm sewers, storm water
detention, and private I/I removal in Ridgemoor Drive I/I Reduction & Storm Improvements
(SKME-574) (10390) in the City of Clayton, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing ordinance was adopted on March 10, 2016.
