AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer
on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into an agreement with Missouri
Botanical Gardens for education and administrative support in CSO Volume Reduction Green
Infrastructure – Small Grant Rainscaping Program (12447) in the City of St. Louis and St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 13709, adopted September 12, 2013, appropriated the
original funding for this Green Infrastructure project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into an agreement
with Missouri Botanical Gardens for education and administrative support in CSO Volume
Reduction Green Infrastructure – Small Grant Rainscaping Program (12447) in the City of St.
Louis and St. Louis County, Missouri; said agreement shall provide for a fee not to exceed
Eighty-Five Thousand Dollars ($85,000.00) and shall be comprised of such other terms and
conditions as are approved by the Office of the General Counsel of the District.
Section Two. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing ordinance was adopted on May 12, 2016.
