AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Three Hundred Forty-Three Thousand Four
Hundred Dollars ($343,400.00) from the General Fund to be used for document and records
management program implementation in Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Records
Management Program throughout the District; and authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into an
agreement with Consilio Inc. to perform analysis, design, and implementation of a records
management program.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Three Hundred Forty-Three Thousand Four Hundred
Dollars ($343,400.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund for document and records
management program implementation in Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Records
Management Program throughout the District.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into to enter into an
agreement with Consilio Inc. to perform analysis, design, and implementation of a records
management program, in Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Records Management
Program throughout the District, and shall be comprised of such terms and conditions as are
approved by the Office of the General Counsel of the District.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing ordinance was adopted on May 12, 2016.
