AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer
on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into an agreement with the World
Wide Technology for storage implementation services to be performed in support of the
District’s Data Center Colocation Project.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 14263, adopted November 12, 2015, authorized the
original appropriation for the Data Center Colocation Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One: The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into an agreement
with World Wide Technology for implementation services; said agreement shall provide for a
fee not to exceed Thirty-Six Thousand Dollars ($36,000.00) and shall be comprised of such other
terms as are approved by the Office of the General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing ordinance was adopted on June 9, 2016.
