AN ORDINANCE, repealing Ordinance No. 14296 adopted June 16, 2015, and
enacting a new ordinance in lieu thereof prescribing the salary of the Secretary-Treasurer of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Ordinance No. 14296 adopted June 16, 2015 is hereby repealed.
Section Two. The salary of the Secretary-Treasurer shall be One Hundred Fifty-
Nine Thousand Two Hundred Dollars ($159,200.00), per annum, payable in equal bi-weekly
installments, on and after May 19, 2016.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on June 9, 2016
