AN ORDINANCE, repealing Ordinance No. 14026 adopted December 11, 2014
and enacting a new ordinance in lieu thereof prescribing the salary of the Executive Director of
The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Ordinance No. 14026 adopted December 11, 2014, is hereby
repealed.
Section Two. The salary of the Executive Director shall be One Hundred Ninety-
Nine Thousand Two Hundred Dollars ($199,200.00), per annum, payable in equal bi-weekly
installments, on and after December 26, 2015.
The foregoing ordinance was adopted on August 11, 2016.
