AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer
on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract No. 20485 with
Kennedy Associates/Architects, Inc. for emergency repair in Emergency Repair #056 (Fenton
WWTP Ultra-Violet Disinfection Repair) Design Contract (12808) in the City of Fenton,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 14513 adopted September 15, 2016, appropriated the
funding for Emergency Repair #056 (Fenton WWTP Ultra-Violet Disinfection Repair) Funding
(12808).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract
No. 20485 with Kennedy Associates/Architects, Inc. for emergency repair in Emergency Repair
#056 (Fenton WWTP Ultra-Violet Disinfection Repair) Design Contract (12808) in the City of
Fenton, Missouri.
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of this Ordinance shall
provide for a fee not to exceed Seventy-Five Thousand Dollars ($75,000.00) and shall be
comprised of such other terms and conditions as are approved by the Office of the General
Counsel.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on September 15, 2016.
