AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer
on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract No. 20467 with
Wehmeyer Farms, Inc. for sanitary sewer construction in N Castello 1170 and 1190
Supplemental Environmental Project (SEP) (12646) in the City of Florissant, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 14276, adopted December 10, 2015, appropriated
funding for Supplemental Environmental Projects (SEP) Program (11898); and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract
No. 20467 with Wehmeyer Farms, Inc. for sanitary sewer construction in N Castello 1170 and
1190 Supplemental Environmental Project (SEP) (12646) in the City of Florissant, Missouri
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 31st day of August 2016.
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of this Ordinance shall
provide for a fee not to exceed One Hundred Sixty-Five Thousand Dollars ($165,000.00) from
the Improvement Fund and shall be comprised of such other terms and conditions as are
approved by the Office of the General Counsel.
The foregoing ordinance was adopted on November 10, 2016.
