AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Eight Hundred Forty Thousand Dollars
($840,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for design in Cityshed Mitigation
Program Design (Contract B) (12694) in the City of St. Louis, Missouri; and authorizing the
Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Contract No. 20497 with Stantec Consulting Services Inc. for the aforesaid
design services.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Eight Hundred Forty Thousand Dollars ($840,000.00)
is hereby appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund for design in Cityshed Mitigation
Program Design (Contract B) (12694) in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract
No. 20497 with Stantec Consulting Services Inc., for design in Cityshed Mitigation Program
Design (Contract B) (12694) in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing ordinance was adopted on November 10, 2016.
