AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Million Seven Hundred Thirty Thousand
Dollars ($1,730,000.00) from the Districtwide Stormwater Fund to be used for design in
Stormwater Infrastructure Improvement Design (Contract C) (12690) in the Cities of Ballwin,
Chesterfield, Clarkson Valley, Creve Coeur, Ellisville, Kirkwood, Manchester, Sunset Hills,
Valley Park, and Unincorporated St. Louis County, Missouri; and authorizing the Executive
Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter
into Contract No. 20513 with Oates Associates, Inc. for design services.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Million Seven Hundred Thirty Thousand Dollars
($1,730,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Districtwide Stormwater Fund for design in
Stormwater Infrastructure Improvement Design (Contract C) (12690) in the Cities of Ballwin,
Chesterfield, Clarkson Valley, Creve Coeur, Ellisville, Kirkwood, Manchester, Sunset Hills,
Valley Park, and Unincorporated St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract
No. 20513 with Oates Associates, Inc. for design in Stormwater Infrastructure Improvement
Design (Contract C) (12690) in the Cities of Ballwin, Chesterfield, Clarkson Valley, Creve
Coeur, Ellisville, Kirkwood, Manchester, Sunset Hills, Valley Park, and Unincorporated St.
Louis County, Missouri.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
