AN ORDINANCE, awarding a contract to Allied World Insurance Company
(McGriff, Seibels & Williams, of Missouri Inc., agent) for the District’s Excess Umbrella
Liability Insurance (First Layer) coverage from January 1, 2017 to January 1, 2018.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Allied World Insurance Company (McGriff, Seibels & Williams, of
Missouri Inc., agent) is hereby awarded the contract for the District’s Excess Umbrella Liability
Insurance (First Layer) coverage from January 1, 2017 to January 1, 2018.
The foregoing ordinance was adopted on December 8, 2016.
