HomeMy Public PortalAbout14588 General Services Agreement Survey Services (2016) Contract B (12394)ORDINANCE NO. 14588 AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for general surveying services in General Services Agreement – Survey Services (2016) Contract B (12394) in various locations within the District; and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Amendment No. 1 to Contract No. 20371 with Volz Incorporated for the aforesaid general surveying services. WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 14283, adopted December 10, 2015, appropriated the initial funding for and authorized Contract No. 20371; and WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The sum of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund for general surveying services in General Services Agreement – Survey Services (2016) Contract B (12394) in various locations within the District. Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Amendment No. 1 to Contract No. 20371 with Volz Incorporated for general surveying services in General Services Agreement – Survey Services (2016) Contract B (12394) in various locations within the District. Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. This foregoing ordinance was adopted on January 12, 2017.
