AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer
on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into an agreement with Land
Clearance for Redevelopment Authority (LCRA) of the City of St. Louis to provide funds for the
demolition portion of the CSO Volume Reduction Green Infrastructure (GI) Program for
reduction of combined sewer overflows in CSO Volume Reduction Green Infrastructure (11146)
in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 13129, adopted September 16, 2010, authorized the
original appropriation for green infrastructure construction in the CSO Volume Reduction Green
Infrastructure (11146); and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into an agreement
with Land Clearance for Redevelopment Authority (LCRA) of the City of St. Louis to provide
funds for the demolition portion of the CSO Volume Reduction Green Infrastructure (GI)
Program for reduction of combined sewer overflows in CSO Volume Reduction Green
Infrastructure (11146) in the City of St. Louis, Missouri; said agreement is estimated to provide
for a fee not to exceed Three Million Dollars ($3,000,000.00) annually from the General Fund
and shall be comprised of such other terms and conditions as are approved by the Office of the
General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on February 9, 2017.
