AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer
on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to amend the contractual arrangement
with Accela, Inc. for the procurement of additional licenses and professional services required
for the implementation and cloud hosting of the District’s permitting and plan review system in
Accela’s Cloud Hosting Environment throughout the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 13811, adopted April 10, 2014, authorized the
contract with Accela, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 13858, adopted May 8, 2014, appropriated the initial
funding for the contract with Accela, Inc.; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to amend the contractual
arrangement with Accela, Inc. for the procurement of additional licenses and professional
services required for the implementation and cloud hosting of the District’s permitting and plan
review system in Accela’s Cloud Hosting Environment throughout the Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on February 9, 2017.
