HomeMy Public PortalAbout14627 Duchesne and Gott II Reduction (11739)ORDINANCE NO. 14627 AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of Three Hundred Seventy-Five Thousand Dollars ($375,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for sanitary sewer construction and private I/I removal in Duchesne and Gott I/I Reduction (11739) in the Cities of Florissant, Hazelwood, and the Village of Calverton Park, Missouri; and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to appropriate additional funds for Contract No. 20364 with Pavement Solutions, LLC for sanitary sewer construction and private I/I removal. WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 14300, adopted January 14, 2016, appropriated the initial funding for and authorized Contract No. 20364; and WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The sum of Three Hundred Seventy-Five Thousand Dollars ($375,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund for sanitary sewer construction and private I/I removal in Duchesne and Gott I/I Reduction (11739) in the Cities of Florissant, Hazelwood, and the Village of Calverton Park, Missouri. Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to appropriate funds for sanitary sewer construction and private I/I removal in Duchesne and Gott I/I Reduction (11739) in the Cities of Florissant, Hazelwood, and the Village of Calverton Park, Missouri, and shall be comprised of such other terms and conditions as are approved by the Office of the General Counsel of the District. Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing ordinance was adopted on March 16, 2017.
