AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of Two Hundred Thirty-
Five Thousand Dollars ($235,000.00) from the Districtwide Stormwater Fund to be used for
cost-sharing for storm sewer construction in Emerling- Evans Drainage Improvements (10241)
in the City of Cool Valley, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 14580, adopted January 12, 2017, appropriated the
initial funding for and authorized Contract No. 20524; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Hundred Thirty-Five Thousand Dollars
($235,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Districtwide Stormwater Fund for cost-sharing for
storm sewer construction in Emerling- Evans Drainage Improvements (10241) in the City of
Cool Valley, Missouri.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on June 8, 2017.
