AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of One Hundred
Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance, Construction, Improvement
Fund of Coldwater Creek to be used for storm sewer construction in Everman – Tennyson Storm
Sewer (11036) in the City of Overland, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 14508, adopted October 13, 2016, appropriated the
initial funding for and authorized Contract No. 20457; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) is
hereby appropriated from the Operation, Maintenance, Construction, Improvement Fund of
Coldwater Creek for storm sewer construction in Everman – Tennyson Storm Sewer (11036) in
the City of Overland, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on June 8, 2017.
