AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of One Hundred Forty
Thousand Dollars ($140,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for sanitary
sewer construction in Graham Rd 100 – 232 Sanitary Sewer (12719) in the City of Florissant,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 14551 adopted December 8, 2016, appropriated the
initial funding for and authorized Contract No. 20483; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Forty Thousand Dollars ($140,000.00) is
hereby appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for sanitary sewer
construction in Graham Rd 100 – 232 Sanitary Sewer (12719) in the City of Florissant, Missouri;
said contract being comprised of such terms and conditions as have been approved by the Office
of the General Counsel of the District.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing ordinance was adopted on August 10, 2017.
