AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of Forty Thousand
Dollars ($40,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance, Construction, Improvement Fund of
Coldwater Creek to be used for storm sewer construction in Rogers Lane #975 Storm Sewer
(11119) in the City of Florissant, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 14582, adopted January 12, 2017, appropriated the
initial funding for and authorized Contract No. 20500; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Forty Thousand Dollars ($40,000.00) is hereby
appropriated from the Operation, Maintenance, Construction, Improvement Fund of Coldwater
Creek to be used for storm sewer construction in Rogers Lane #975 Storm Sewer (11119) in the
City of Florissant, Missouri; said contract being comprised of such terms and conditions as have
been approved by the Office of the General Counsel of the District.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing ordinance was adopted on August 10, 2017.
