HomeMy Public PortalAbout14742 Tesson Creek II Reduction (Tesson Ferry Rd and Tiffany Square Pky) (12228)ORDINANCE NO. 14742 AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Hundred Ten Thousand Dollars ($110,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for design of private I/I removal and storm sewers in Tesson Creek I/I Reduction (Tesson Ferry Rd and Tiffany Square Pky) (12228) in the City of Green Park and Unincorporated St. Louis County, Missouri; and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to amend Contract No. 11003 with Burns & McDonnell Engineering Co., Inc. for the aforesaid design services. WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 13476, adopted October 11, 2012, appropriated the initial funding for and authorized Contract No. 11003; and WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The sum One Hundred Ten Thousand Dollars ($110,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund for design of private I/I removal and storm sewers in Tesson Creek I/I Reduction (Tesson Ferry Rd and Tiffany Square Pky) (12228) in the City of Green Park and Unincorporated St. Louis County, Missouri. Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to amend Contract No. 11003 with Burns & McDonnell Engineering Co., Inc. for design of private I/I removal and storm sewers in Tesson Creek I/I Reduction (Tesson Ferry Rd and Tiffany Square Pky) (12228) in the City of Green Park and Unincorporated St. Louis County, Missouri; said contract being comprised of such terms and conditions as have been approved by the Office of the General Counsel of the District. Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing ordinance was adopted on August 10, 2017.
