AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of Forty-Five Thousand
Dollars ($45,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance, Construction, and Improvement Fund of
Deer Creek for channel stabilization in Tealwood Drive and Beaver Drive Bank Stabilization
(11222) in the City of Creve Coeur, Missouri; and authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to appropriate
additional funds for Contract No. 20475 with Ideal Landscape Construction, Inc. for channel
stabilization.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 14536, adopted November 10, 2016, appropriated the
initial funding for and authorized Contract No. 20475; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Forty-Five Thousand Dollars ($45,000.00) from the
Operation, Maintenance, Construction and Improvement Fund of Deer Creek for channel
stabilization in Tealwood Drive and Beaver Drive Bank Stabilization (11222) in the City of
Creve Coeur, Missouri.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to appropriate additional funds
for Contract No. 20475 with Ideal Landscape Construction, Inc. for channel stabilization in
Tealwood Drive and Beaver Drive Bank Stabilization (11222) in the City of Creve Coeur,
Missouri, and shall be comprised of such other terms and conditions as are approved by the
Office of the General Counsel of the District.
Section Three. This Ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take
effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing ordinance was adopted on September 14, 2017.
