AN ORDINANCE, awarding a contract to Allied World National Assurance
Company (McGriff, Seibels & Williams, of Missouri Inc., agent) for the District’s Excess
Umbrella Liability Insurance (Second Layer) coverage from January 1, 2018 to January 1, 2019.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Allied World National Assurance Company (McGriff, Seibels &
Williams, of Missouri Inc., agent) is hereby awarded the contract for the District’s Excess
Umbrella Liability Insurance (Second Layer) coverage from January 1, 2018 to January 1, 2019.
The foregoing ordinance was adopted on December 14, 2017.
