AN ORDINANCE, awarding a contract to Missouri Public Entity Risk
Management Fund (MOPERM) (McGriff, Seibels & Williams, of Missouri Inc., agent) for the
District’s Combined Liability Insurance coverage from January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2018.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Missouri Public Entity Risk Management Fund (MOPERM)
(McGriff, Seibels & Williams, of Missouri Inc., agent) is hereby awarded the contract for the
District’s Combined Liability Insurance coverage from January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2018.
The foregoing ordinance was adopted on December 14, 2017.
