AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of Five Million Dollars
($5,000,000.00) from the General Fund and Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000.00) from
the Stormwater Regulatory Fund to be used for construction of green infrastructure in CSO
Volume Reduction Green Infrastructure (11146) in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance 13129, adopted September 16, 2010, authorized the
original appropriation for green infrastructure construction in the CSO Volume Reduction Green
Infrastructure (11146); and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Five Million Dollars ($5,000,000.00) is hereby
appropriated from the General Fund and the sum of Five Hundred Thousand Dollars
($500,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Stormwater Regulatory Fund for construction of
green infrastructure in CSO Volume Reduction Green Infrastructure (11146) in the City of
St. Louis, Missouri; and shall be comprised of such other terms and conditions as are approved
by the Office of the General Counsel of the District.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing ordinance was adopted on April 12, 2018.
