AN ORDINANCE, awarding a contract to National Union Fire Insurance
Company of Pittsburgh (Chartis) (McGriff, Seibels & Williams of Missouri Inc., agent) for the
District’s Cyber Liability Insurance Program coverage from July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2019.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. National Union Fire Insurance Company of Pittsburgh (Chartis)
(McGriff, Seibels & Williams of Missouri Inc., agent) is hereby awarded the contract for the
District’s Cyber Liability Insurance Program coverage from July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2019.
The foregoing ordinance was adopted on June 14, 2018.
