AN ORDINANCE, awarding a contract to Zurich (Steadfast) Insurance Company
(McGriff, Seibels & Williams of Missouri Inc., agent) for the District’s Blocked Main and
Overcharged Line Backup Insurance coverage from July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2019.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Zurich (Steadfast) Insurance Company (McGriff, Seibels &
Williams of Missouri Inc., agent) is hereby awarded the contract the District’s Blocked Main and
Overcharged Line Backup Insurance coverage from July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2019.
The foregoing ordinance was adopted on June 14, 2018.
