AN ORDINANCE, awarding a contract to F.M. Global Insurance Company
(McGriff, Seibels & Williams of Missouri Inc., agent) for the District’s Excess Flood & Earth
Movement Insurance Coverage from July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2019.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. F.M. Global Insurance Company (McGriff, Seibels & Williams of
Missouri Inc., agent) is hereby awarded the contract for the District’s Excess Flood & Earth
Movement Insurance Coverage from July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2019.
The foregoing ordinance was adopted on June 14, 2018.
