AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer
on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with Accelerated
Information Systems (AIS) whereby AIS will provide Enterprise Content Management (ECM)
software and services for the District.
WHEREAS, the ECM software will provide a solution to manage the District’s
documents and records and process automation needs. AIS will deploy, configure, and provide
training to adopt Laserfiche as the District’s primary ECM software.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with
AIS, whereby AIS will provide ECM software (Laserfiche) and services for the District. The
contract will be a one-year (1) contract with two (2) one-year renewal option. The option is
exercisable at the sole discretion of the District.
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of this ordinance shall be
comprised of such other terms and conditions as are approved by the Office of the General
Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on July 12, 2018.
