AN ORDINANCE, repealing Ordinance No. 14697 adopted June 8, 2017, and
enacting a new ordinance in lieu thereof prescribing the salary of the Secretary-Treasurer of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Ordinance No. 14697, adopted June 8, 2017, is hereby repealed.
Section Two. The salary of the Secretary-Treasurer shall be One Hundred
Seventy-Three Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty Dollars ($173,850.00), per annum, payable in
equal bi-weekly installments, on and after May 26, 2018.
The foregoing ordinance was adopted on August 16, 2018.
