AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer
on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into an agreement with Pine
Lawn Manor, LLC for cost sharing for green infrastructure construction in CSO Volume
Reduction Green Infrastructure – Pine Lawn Manor 2017 (13228) in the City of St. Louis,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 14879, adopted April 12, 2018, authorized the
appropriation for green infrastructure construction in the CSO Volume Reduction Green
Infrastructure (11146).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into an agreement
with Pine Lawn Manor, LLC for cost sharing for green infrastructure construction in CSO
Volume Reduction Green Infrastructure – Pine Lawn Manor 2017 (13228) in the City of
St. Louis, Missouri; said agreement shall provide for a fee not to exceed One Million Two
Hundred Eighty Thousand One Hundred Dollars ($1,280,100.00) from the General Fund and
shall be comprised of such other terms and conditions as are approved by the Office of the
General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing ordinance was adopted ton October 11, 2018.
