AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer
on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into an agreement with
Washington University in St. Louis for cost sharing for green infrastructure construction in CSO
Volume Reduction Green Infrastructure – Washington University School of Medicine (WUSM)
Parking Lot Addition (13233) in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 14879, adopted April 12, 2018, authorized the
appropriation for green infrastructure construction in the CSO Volume Reduction Green
Infrastructure (11146).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into an agreement
with Washington University in St. Louis for cost sharing for green infrastructure construction in
CSO Volume Reduction Green Infrastructure – Washington University School of Medicine
(WUSM) Parking Lot Addition (13233) in the City of St. Louis, Missouri; said agreement shall
provide for a fee not to exceed Forty-Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Dollars ($49,700.00) from
the General Fund and shall be comprised of such other terms and conditions as are approved by
the Office of the General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing ordinance was adopted ton October 11, 2018.
