AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Million Five Hundred Six Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($1,506,500.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for design of
pump station improvements in Caulks Creek A Pump Station (P-750) Improvements (12248) in
the City of Chesterfield, Missouri; and authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract
No. 21715 with Thouvenot, Wade & Moerchen, Inc. for design of pump station improvements.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Million Five Hundred Six Thousand Five Hundred
Dollars ($1,506,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used
for design of pump station improvements in Caulks Creek A Pump Station (P-750)
Improvements (12248) in the City of Chesterfield, Missouri.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract No.
21715 with Thouvenot, Wade & Moerchen, Inc. for design of pump station improvements in
Caulks Creek A Pump Station (P-750) Improvements (12248) in the City of Chesterfield,
Missouri; and said contract shall be comprised of such other terms and conditions as are
approved by the Office of the General Counsel of the District.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing ordinance was adopted ton October 11, 2018.
