AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Two Million One Hundred Thousand Dollars
($2,100,000.00) from the Districtwide Stormwater Fund to be used for design in Hall Street
Storm Sewers (10070) in the City of St. Louis, Missouri; and authorizing the Executive Director
and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into
Contract No. 21722 with M3 Engineering Group, PC for design services.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Million One Hundred Thousand Dollars
($2,100,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Districtwide Stormwater Fund to be used for
design in Hall Street Storm Sewers (10070) in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract
No. 21722 with M3 Engineering Group, PC for design in Hall Street Storm Sewers (10070) in
the City of St. Louis, Missouri; and said contract shall be comprised of such other terms and
conditions as are approved by the Office of the General Counsel of the District.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing ordinance was adopted on October 11, 2018.
