HomeMy Public PortalAbout15068 Gravois Trunk Sanitary Storage Facility (Pardee Ln and Pardee Rd-Design) (12569)ORDINANCE NO. 15068 AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of Seven Hundred Thousand Dollars ($700,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for engineering during construction phase services in Gravois Trunk Sanitary Storage Facility (Pardee Ln and Pardee Rd-Design) (12569) in the City of Crestwood, Missouri; and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to amend Contract No. 11003 with Burns & McDonnell Engineering Co., Inc. for the aforesaid engineering during construction phase services. WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 13687, adopted August 8, 2013, appropriated the initial funding for and authorized Contract No. 11003; and WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The sum of Seven Hundred Thousand Dollars ($700,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund for engineering during construction phase services in Gravois Trunk Sanitary Storage Facility (Pardee Ln and Pardee Rd-Design) (12569) in the City of Crestwood, Missouri; said contract being comprised of such terms and conditions as have been approved by the Office of the General Counsel of the District. Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to amend Contract No. 11003 with Burns & McDonnell Engineering Co., Inc., for engineering during construction phase services in Gravois Trunk Sanitary Storage Facility (Pardee Ln and Pardee Rd-Design) (12569) in the City of Crestwood, Missouri. Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing ordinance was adopted on December 13, 2018.
