AN ORDINANCE, awarding a contract to Allied World National Assurance
Company (Charles L. Crane Agency, agent) for the District’s Excess Umbrella Liability
Insurance (Second Layer) coverage from January 1, 2019 to July 1, 2019.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Allied World National Assurance Company (Charles L. Crane
Agency, agent) is hereby awarded the contract for the District’s Excess Umbrella Liability
Insurance (Second Layer) coverage from January 1, 2019 to July 1, 2019.
The foregoing ordinance was adopted on December 13, 2018.
